Conditional Formatting rules blocked by field name

I am using the standard Matrix visual and when I go into use conditional formatting the background based on another field, I select the field, and format by rules, but then the selected field stays up on the screen, blocking the rules entry. Please see the image below - the selected field for conditional formatting is blocking the rules entry. I was able to tab through the options, but I'm flying blind. I cannot get it to go away. This has started since the last release: Version: 2.63.3272.40262 64-bit (October, 2018).

This issue will be fixed in November release of Power BI Desktop.

Please update Power BI Desktop to November version(2.64.5285.582), this issue has been fixed in this new release.
