Conditional Formatting Stopped Working in Web Service - Currently Broken

Hi,

I have a number of tables and matrices in reports published online. The majority of the conditional formatting (exc. data bars) stopped working on Monday. There have been no changes made to these reports, and the local pbix files are still formatting correctly.
