Company switched to 365 and old email address is no longer active

Hello, my company recently switched over to 365 and everyone got a new email address.  I had an online account with my old email and now I can no longer gain access since it has been marked inactive.  Does anyone know how I can get all of my reports from my old account linked to my new one????
