Clicking on bars with value of zero in a bar chart does not filter data

If you click on a bar in a bar chart that has a value of zero, no cross filtering occurs on other linked visuals.

Also the tooltips popup doesn't appear when hovering the mouse.

There isn't a visible bar for the value Zero. I would suggest you create an idea here.
