Charticulator Axis Issue

Hello,

i made two charts in Charticulator. They wasd working well until yesterday. The X axis of both has stoped working. When i aply a filter on slicer, they don´t atualize. The propriety of "Automin" and "Automax" just don´t respond. The Axis stay fixed in the first value filtered. How can i fix this issue? I made a teste creating the charts in Power BI Desktop and in Charticulator´s page on web, both don´t worked.

Hi,

Would you like to post a download link of the pbix file with this issue without the sensitive data if it’s pssible and we can help you to check if it’s an existing issue in the Power BI?

I also suggest you to make sure you have updated to the latest version of the Power BI desktop.

Thank you very much!

Hi, Robert,

thanks for your attention.

I have the last update of Power BI (of 11/5/2021, today). But the problem persist.

I´m sending two PBIx with tests:

1) "Charticulator Issue - Template": I created the chart in Charticulator´s page and export as a Charticulator Template.

2) "Charticulator Issue - Custom Visual": here we have the same chart exported as Power BI Custom Visual.

In both files, I have a slicer filtering by Case. When I select a different case, I expect to see de scale of X axis change, but this not work anymore.

Hi,

As far as I’m concerned, the Charticulator is an external tool that can be used with the Power BI desktop to create some custom visuals. Therefore, the issue seems to be related to the product Charticulator.

After my research, I suggest you to email the team at charticulator-feed@microsoft.com. The team will continue to update and evolve the Charticulator visual based on your feedback.

Or you can comment under this blog:

If you still have a problem, you can try to open a support ticket to get the opinions from the technical support team of Microsoft.

Thank you very much!

Hi Robert,

My public website is down due to this issue.  I went to the two links you posted - I don't see a Blog...only contact details to subscribe.

You're part of Microsoft.. can you escalate through your channels !!! It's been down for at least three weeks... Or shut down the Charticulator app. In our application, any filter selected changes the axis range that results in either a blank chart screen (over-range) or makes the trace micro small... it's serious.

Thanks Rob.
