Chart colors change when I publish or close my file

Everytime I publish or close my file, chart colors change.

I tried the latest version of power bi desktop but cannot reproduce the issue. Try to recreate the report.

It does it on all my reports. It is impossible for me to recreate the report (2 weeks of work)
