Hello:
I am new to working with the Power BI tool. I have created an account in on-premises data gateway and I want to change it. I have tried several times using the "Service Settings / Change account" option with no good results. The reason I have not been able to do it is that the password I have is not correct. For this reason I tried to recover the key through the option "Recovery keys / Set new recovery key" but it did not work either.
Can someone please help me?
