Cascading Slicer Jumping to Top After Expanding

I have a cascading slicer in a report. When I first load up the report and try to expand one of the items in a slicer, it kicks back to the top of the slicer. This only happens when the report loads up and around a minute afterwards. It is enough of a problem that our client is wanting this to stop happening on their report and wants this changed

The latest version (2.88.1385.0) works fine for me. You may try to recreate the report.
