Cant Log In

Hello,

 

I am unable to log in with my new Power BI Pro account.

 

When clicking on the sign in button from the ribbon or menu I eneter my email address and then the "Sign In" button.

 

After this a blank window pops titled "Sign in to your account" however it is blank / no buttons / no text.

 

How do I get past this?

@danielxbailey,

What operating system do you install Power BI Desktop on and what version of Power BI Desktop do you use? Are you able to sign in app.powerbi.com using the Power BI pro account?

Hi Lydia,

 

I can log in okay to the web broswer.

 

I am running Windows 10 and have tried the latest versio of BI, as well as the an edition from June/July 18, as I though this might help however I still have the same issue.
