Cannot setup incremental refresh in Dataflow - gives error

I have a dataflow that picks data from Azure Data lake gen2 Parquet files that are generated daily.

I try to setup incremental refresh so it only refresh rows that has a new "scoring date".

I get this error, and I have tried numerous different settings but keep getting this;

Any suggestion would be helpful.
