Cannot see tables properly in Power Bi App

Good afternoon,

I am having issues with some users that are using PowerBi.

In the picture below you can see the table on top is "cut out". They cannot see it properly. I tried the app in my PC everything is working fine (all the tables show up). I tried to drag the tables but it still is not working. I have tried using older versions of Power BI but the results come out the same.

It should be noted the report was coming out fine until last week.

Does the issue happen in Power BI mobile app Android version or ios version? 

Is the issue occurring when you view the report? 

There is a known issue listed on Support page regrading accessing reports in Safari or Power BI mobile app on Apple iOS 10:

Firstly, thank you for your reply.

Secondly, we use Power Bi Mobile App for Android so that's where we encountered this issue.

Additionally, below you can find two pictures of a test report we did. The first picture shows how the report should look like, whereas the second picture shows how the report is coming out.
