Cannot open dataset in Desktop: Something went wrong, unexpected failure

Once I use the Azure machine learning in PBI Desktop, I cannot open the pbix file anymore even though it is working normally in the service.

It says

"Something went wrong, unexpected failure"

Version June 2020

@Anonymous ,

The june version is installed from microsoft app store, not from the website, right? When was the pbix file created and in which power bi desktop version has it been created? If the report is created with power bi desktop which is downloaded from website, please open it with the may version and check if this issue persists.

Regards,

Jimmy Tao

Yes this June version is installed from app store.

the pbix was created in this version as well.

I found out that this is caused by the Azure machine learning capability...

I also tried with May version but I get the same issue
