Cannot open Power Bi file because of error expression

I have a problem loading PowerBi file. The error is like this:

After clicking "Report this issue" I get this:

I have no recovery files of this one. I've tried to open it with older power Bi  vertion. Nothing is working. Ho to solve this issue?

Please update Power BI to the latest version then test again. 

If the issue persists, please share the pbix file with us if possible.

I've tried it open with the latest vertion of PBI. Also it doesn't work on other computers.
