Cannot open Power BI Desktop

After I checked on the "Shape map visual" in the Preview features, I can no longer open Power BI files and keep getting error message of "Operation is not valid du to the current state of the object". Please assist. Thanks

Please check you privacy level settings in Power bi desktop options and update the privacy level accordingly and try to refresh.

I'd like to suggest you check if the data source's status is ok. The error message usually means the file is corrupted. You may try to start from scratch after you have checked the data source. If it still doesn't work, please open a support ticket here .
