What is the data source? What operation resulted into such an error? Please provide more detailed repro steps.

@v-yulgu-msft  I'm waiting on an RCA from Microsoft Support.

It appears to have been an issue with Premium capacities across the Asia/Australia region, when I navigated to my capacity settings the previously set up capacities had vanished.

Once the service came good, the capacities were back
