This has seemed to just start this morning, anyone else experiencing this in the Po BI admin section >Manage Gateways

It's a known issue . You can work through the link I provided first .
Use https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/gateways to manage gateways.

I have the same issue, cannot get into manage gatweays

After raising an issue with microsoft, this is back for me now as well. Thank you all for chiming in and validating that this was a widespread issue.
