Cannot connect to PowerBI Datasource from Report Builder

All users and our PowerBI trainer/vendor is having an issue connecting to any PowerBI datasets or connect to the PowerBI service from the report builder. We are able to publish and share datasets using a Gateway. We are on Gov cloud.  The error message below pops up and does not populate any datasets at all. Any thoughts?

I cannot reproduce the issue. You may directly create a support ticket for assistance.

Thank you! I will put in a support ticket- however I cannot do so on the commercial PowerBI site. Is there a government site in which I can log in to create a support ticket?
