Cannot add measures or fields in Object Filter Pane - April 2018 PowerBI version

Hello.

I have installed April 2019 version of PowerBI.

I have unsuccessfully tried to drag-drop some fields (measure and a field) in the new filter pane of an existing object (ChickletSlicer type).

Fields (columns from tables) can be added to the page and report filter pane sections. 
Measures cannot.

If I use a table object, I can add measures and fields like filters.

So, I used a table object to add necessary filters. 
I changed type from table to ChickletSlicer. Filters deleted.

Any ideas ?

Note:
new filters experience enabled in the options, same results if not enabled.
PowerBI closed and reopened after option changes.

Please be aware of two limitations:

Currently, it is not supported to place measures into page/report level filters.

Currently, measures can be added to visual level filter, except for slicer.
