Hi there, 

When i visit the page, it asks me to login. When i do so, the following message appears (see below). I need to access this site as i am following a guide to have a dataset refreshed by a trigger from Flow, but now i cannot continue......:

Hi @denpries, 

Based on my test with https://dev.powerbi.com/Apps , it's able to register a app. In your scenario, please ensure the account you are using is already signed up for Power BI  in your tenant.

hi @Anonymous , i am logged in with my standard account on the tenant. The same account that allows me to go to the azure portal, the same that i use to pubisch BI reports. Still, that website gives that error before i even see the dialogue
