Cannot Submit Support Ticket via https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/

Hello,

I cannot submit a support ticket via any of the recommended methods.

https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/ tells me that I do not have permissions

Your account does not have permissions to create support requests for this service. Try selecting another support plan.

 

I have a pro license but no premium support plan.

I am the tenant global admin in Office 365 and have used this same method in the past 3 months to submit a support ticket.

 

Can you help?

if you click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET" as below:

by the way, current pro trial not include. this feature works with pro and above license and they can open a support ticket for free.

I have followed these directions and get redirected to the site I mentioned, where it insists on a premium support plan. How do I create a ticket for this if I can't create a ticket at all?

Ok I tried that and it appears I can select a plan as seen here:

Why would it act differently based on the incognito mode?

It's pleasant that it is ok, maybe it is a browser account cache issue or browser cache issue.
