Cannot Open Exported Files

Prior to my PC refresh I could export and open Excel files from Power BI. I now receive an error indicating insufficient space, however that is not accurate and I am able to open all other Excel files not generated from Power BI.

I cannot reproduce the issue. You may try to reinstall Excel and visit https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum for assistance.
