Can't submit Help ticket as a Pro user

I am a Pro user, but when I try to create a support ticket from this page (, it says I'm not a Pro user. When I log in, it directs me to the Power BI home page. When I go back to the help page to try to create a ticket, it doesn't recognize that I'm logged in. I'm stuck in this loop of not being logged in on the support page. Please fix this so I can actually create a support ticket.
