Can't refresh in service

Hi - We are having problems not being able to refresh reports in the service.

 

Our scheduled refreshes aren't working either.

 

We are using Power BI Premium and are based in the UK.

We are experiencing the same problems again as last week tuesday, manual refresh doesn't work anymore. Scheduled refresh works in some occasions. Can the Power BI team clearify what is happening?

Hi,

 

is the problem fixed ? My dataset are in Onedrive and the schedule refresh says 'refresh' but the data is not updated.

In some cases schedules refresh is not being triggered, while all systems and the gateway are up....

@carlos what was your problem? mine was okay when i change the source from onedrive excel file to SQL. But later have to watched out for the 'UTC time' to local time
