Can't refresh in service

Hi - We are having problems not being able to refresh reports in the service.

 

Our scheduled refreshes aren't working either.

 

We are using Power BI Premium and are based in the UK.

We're having the same issues in Denmark.

We have two customers in Belgium.

One works fine, the other is facing the same problems as stated above.

We are also having same issues with manual refresh.. Below dataset are not refreshed in Service (after publishing from Desktop)

 

Current local time : 20:14 IST

The time seen in below photo is the publishing time from Desktop to Service. I am not able to manually refresh. Tried with many datasets.

Having same issue in UK too. I can't even publish from desktop

 

I briefly saw a note in the support page about this but it has been taken off since.

We are also having issues publishing from the desktop. I've raised a ticket with Microsoft but not heard anything back yet.

Please test again. If the issue still occurs, please share the detail error information when the refresh is failed.

Can you acknowledge about the specific problem from Microsoft side and whether it is fixed 100% or partially ? 

 

The refresh are starting properly today so far.. more details will be gathered after some observations..

It is better now. I have manged to publish my reports yesteday. 

 

As requetsed by @Anonymous can you please share more details of the error from Microsoft side and has this been fixed permanently. 

 

This issue occured last week as well so I am a bit concerned about the stability of the platform

The issue is NOT fixed. There is no failure details to be shared though.. .

 

Started manual refresh waiting since long...

 

 

Current Local time: 1:36 PM

Refresh started : 1:15 PM, 1:25 PM, ...
