Can't reach the logged in support page

Every time I reach the support page, it says I must be logged into my premium Power BI account to access it. However, when I click 'Sign In', it redirects me to the Power BI Home page. When I go through the home page to 'Get Help', it logs me out and the cycle restarts.

I cannot reproduce it. You may try opening an InPrivate window.
