Can't publish a report from Power BI Desktop Oct 2017 release

Hi,

I am trying to publish a report build entirely in the newest version of Power BI Desktop Oct 2017 Release but I am getting the error:

"Unable to sign in"

"Sorry, we encountered an error while trying to sign you in. Details: The browser based authentication dialog failed to complete Reason: The require could not be processed by the server due to invalid syntax"

However if I open a report build in an earlier version of Power BI Desktop it can publish without issue.

Hi @C_Wilson,

Which data source does the report connect to? Are you using the latest Power BI desktop version 2.51.4885.701 64-bit (October 2017). Based on my test, it's able to publish the report. In your scenario, please try this latest version. 

If issue persists, please run the Fiddler with HTTPS Decrypt Traffic enabled, the repeat publish steps, save all sessions and share .saz file with us.
