Can't open xlsx file

I tried to upload an xlsx file but I got a meassage claiming that cant copen workbook, and below details:

Hi, you can try https://windowsfileviewer.com/open/xls_xlsx_files or https://www.openxlsx.com/. Both app are good and works great. Hope that helps.
