Can't login to power BI desktop

After I updated the latest version of power bi desktop August, I couldn't login my account in desktop app but I can login online.

Hi @moyura, 

Is there any error message pops out when you sign in with your account in Power BI desktop? 

Please try other Power BI account in this Power BI desktop version on your machine to see if the same issue occurs.

There was no error, it shows my account doesn't existing when I tried to login and when I tried to sign up it shows I already have account.  It happened to other users in my organization with the latest releaset August 2019.  So everyone including me have to downgrade Power BI desktop to Version: 2.70.5494.761 32-bit (June 2019).

The issue looks a little strange. As I can't reproduce the issue on my side, I would suggest you create a support ticket to get help.
