Can't edit subscriptions on a report

A report that I have been subscribed to for weeks is suddenly missing from my subscriptions (Settings > Subscriptions). The underlying report has not changed.


When I go directly to the report to try to re-add a subscription, I appear to be subscribed multiple times, which should not be the case. If I try to edit and save the subscriptions, I receive this error message.




I need to continue receiving this report on a daily basis. Help!

Does this report published to your My Workspace or app workspace? If it's in a app workspace, please check if anyone have changed any permission for you on this report or dataset.

It's a shared workspace where I'm one of the admins.
