Can't create app workspace

When trying to create workspaces in Power BI we are getting the below error. This is a new error. We have 200+ workspaces and this error has only come up today.

Hi @menumate,

Per user can create a maximum 250 groups according to this article. Please check if your environment hit this limitation. 

Also please check if Exchange admin disable the group creation feature for your account, see: http://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Knowledge-Base/Couldn-t-create-the-group/ta-p/169456
