Hi @Anonymous, 

From internal trace, I found the error: Incoming group contains an invalid email address. Currently, only security groups, distribution lists, Office 365 groups, or individuals can be added as app workspace member, please check if the added email address is valid.

its becauese our Admin had deleted this user. 

can you solve it ? can you delete the empty record ? 

i am migrating the entire workspace including subscribtions, alerts, dashboards.. its a real pain.

Hi @Anonymous, 

I'm afraid I can't modify the invalid user in your app access list. If you know which email is already deleted, you can remove it from Access list then update the app. 

Or you can Unpublish the app, then publish it again with valid email addresses.
