Can't access Power BI Community Profile

This issue is related to this site.

 

The URL for my profile isn't working: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/13112

 

Does anyone know how to escalate this?  Thanks.

 

EDIT: strange, the URL works in incognitio, but doesn't when authenticated:

Status: Delivered

The issue is fixed and it is live in production.

Please clear cache in your web browser and try to use different web browsers to sign in Power BI community, then check if any errors throw.

Thanks for the response...no luck though.  I've tried in Chrome and IE 11.

 

I can see my profile in an incognito window, but as soon as I log in, I cannot reach the page anymore.  I think this started when my community.powerbi.com was combined with my organizational account.

There is a known issue with the profile page not displaying for few users and the fix for the same is scheduled to be deployed on Mar 19th PT.

Appreciate your patience while we work towards resolving the issue!
