Can't Sign in from Power BI Desktop

After entering my email, a window with the caption "Sign in to your Account" appears but it is blank and accepts no input.

I've tried unblocking third-party cookies and reinstalling from the App store and from the download. I have no problem signing in to app.powerbi.com.
