Can not view the graphs in my account

Some other members of our team have the same problem.

- They try to open the report and it sits forever at a 'loading....' message.

- The link to the report in Teams shows an error:

I have made a test and everything works well on my side. My tenant is East US 2 (Virginia). So this issue should be related with the tenant location. You can create a support ticket here for further analysis.

Thanks for your response.

I have upgraded Nigel from a Free account to a Pro account and it seems to have resolved the issue. Looking more closely it seems the other users in our organisation with the issue also only have the free version, and those with the Pro version do not have the issue.

It would be nice if Power BI was smart enough to tell us "That feature only works in the Pro version" rather than tell us via these cryptic error messages. It would save everyone a lot of time.
