Can not sign in Outlook with Power BI Pro account

Hi,

I'm having a Power BI Pro account (xxx@company.onmicrosoft.com ). I used to sign in Oulook with this account before but now when i'm trying to access outlook, it showed as below: Outlook error.png

P/s: I have created some alerts of my dasdboard and want to forward the email alerts from xxx@company.onmicrosoft.com to company email (xxx@company.abc)

What troubleshooting should i do now ? Are there any tricks and tips for this issue ?

From the error message, it should be a problem with Outlook Office 365 Subscription, please contact your O365 admin to check it as below:
