CRM Column value is missing from PowerBI service but working fine in desktop

HI All 

My project is using powerBI to create reports on Dynamic CRM , we are creating reporting in powerBI desktop by connect dynamic CRM using Odata ,   in one of our report we are using IncidentSet entity  and using Ownerid column , we are expaning that record column and using Ownerid.name value in our report , evrything is working fine then we published that report in powerBI services ,

and given datasource connections and configured scheduled  refersh, but when refresh the ownerid,name column value is missing and remaining columns are refreshed . Please help us in solving the issue , it is blocker , is that a bug in power BI Services connectivity with CRM because , when we refresh from desktop it is working fine

I cannot repro the same issue as you. Did you get data from Dynamic 365 in PBI Desktop as below? If yes and issue still persists, I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).

Please try with the Mar 2017 version of Power BI Desktop which suggests to use the URL as below.

Hi Herbert

 

Thanks for your response , we saw that new connectivity with  api 8.1 

 

("https://XXXXXXXX.api.crm4.dynamics.com/api/data/v8.1/incidents"),

 

The challagne we have the entity names are not exactly the same . for example IncidentSet --> IncidentS

 

like that all the entities are missing last 2 letters of the enntity name . it will will become time taking process

to correct all the details entity name ,column in the existing report . Is there any other workaround to solve the issue .

Where do you see the entity name which missed last 2 letters? Could you please provide a screenshot for it?
