I recently added new members to the workspace for them to view our reports in the app.
2 of the 3 new members are getting the 'building your app' perpetual spinner.
I have tried disabling new navigation, making sure they have the right access, the right license.
Nothing has worked so far.
Because one of them is connecting fine while the two others aren't, this is confusing me further.
If there are any other possible fixes I would like to try them. This is quite frustrating.
Enable "New Navigation Builder" when you create/update the app.

Unfortunately having 'New Navigation' enabled or disabled doesn't fix the issue for me.
Is there something else I can try?
Try to refresh the browser page and also try to clear browser cache then try it again.
