Bug with turning off incremental refresh for dataflow

I set up incremental refresh for dataflow tables.

But I need to turn it off for testing purposes as I have issues with refreshing data.

I click on "turn off" toggle, press "ok".

I get a pop-up window with information that is not recommended.

I press "I confirm" and nothing happens.

I tried deleting datetime filters from the tables but it doesn't help.

Can anyone suggest anything?
