Bug when changing value decimal places for card visual

Found a bug in Power BI Deskop (August 2018 release).

1. Add a card to the canvas

2. Select a numeric value (decimal points) to show in the card

Display unit is now by default set to Auto and "Value decimal places" to 0.

3. In Format, change "Display units" to "None".

"Value decimal places" show 0 but the card incorrectly displays 2 decimal values.

4. Change the "Value decimal places" to 1.

The card now correctly displays 1 decimal value.

5. Change the "Value decimal places" to 0.

The card now correctly displays 0 decimal places.

great, my apologies for such a short title "bug". I intended to be more specific than that and I now edited the title
