Bug - Unable to save a copy of a report

Hi,

We are tryng to save a copy of a report but we are receiving the following error message:

Unable to save the reportPlease try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.

Did you create this report by yourself or get it from a content pack? 

If the report comes from a content pack, please follow this document to test again. 

If you save the report copy via Save a copy button like below, please test again. Also please check if the issue happens with other reports.

Thank you for your response. The report is created by the team member who is trying to save the report. All the needed permissions are set. We tried to save the report following the steps shown above, but we received the following error:

Failed to copy the report into the selected destination workspace.
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.

Hi @EmaVasileva, 

From internal trace, I find the error "Target entity does not support the required operation(wrapped: SqlException/Copy not allowed. usage metric report(or copy of it))". Please check if you have edit permission on the target workspace.

Hi @v-qiuyu-msft 

Thank you for the response. I have Admin permissions and I'm able to copy any other report in this workspace and within other too. Other users from the team cannot save the exact same report, but can do this with the other ones.

Is there anything else we can check from your end or anything we can do?

I would suggest you create a support ticket to let engineers look into the issue on your side.
