Bug - Slicer not working properly with hierarchy and Select all

When using the "Select all" in a slicer with hierarchy the result is not always correct. See below :

Correct result with all selected :

If I deselect 1 parent the result is also ok :

If I now deselct 1 child the slicer looses the entire selection and gives an incorrect result :

C2-A1, C3-A1 and C3-A2 shoul not be part of the result. The total should be 5 not 8.

If I do not use the "select all" then the result is correct as shown below :

The latest version of Power BI Desktop works fine for me. You may try it.

I cannot use the version you are showing as I am on Report Server, and consequently using the version Power BI Desktop optimized for Report Server.

Nevertheless, I can confirm that I am also using the latest version available for On-premise (May 2020) :
