Bug PBIRS January 2020 paremerters is not replaced correctly

It appears that there are some problems with paginated reports in relation to the latest update of the Power BI report server (January 2020, 15.0.1102.759). It seems the replacement of parameters with their respective chosen values no longer distinguish parameters where one parameter is a prefix of another parameter.
For example if the dataset contains the following select statement:
SELECT * FROM TableName
WHERE Project in (@Project)
            AND Project2016 in (@Project2016)
Here @Project2016 contain a prefix of the parameter @project.
Let @project contain the values 1,2,3 and @Project2016 contain the values 7,8,9. When the report is reviewed and the parameters are replaced by their values, the select statement becomes
SELECT * FROM TableName
WHERE Project in (N'1',N'2',N'3')
            AND Project2016 in (N'1',N'2',N'3'2016)
instead of
SELECT * FROM TableName
WHERE Project in (N'1',N'2',N'3')
            AND Project2016 in (N'7',N'8',N'9')
Hence, it is not possible to distinguish two parameters if one is a prefix of another.

We have over 40.000 paginated reports running where ther are this issue on 30% procent of them. so please Fix it fast.
