Bug: Change the button text from "New Idea" to "New Issue" in the Issues area

It took me some time to understand that I should report bugs and issues and ideas. It would be much better if the button would say "New Issue" instead of "New Idea". This is related to the Power BI community site: http://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

Also, there is no label that is useful for these sort of bugs... Maybe a label Other would be useful.

Thank you for your ideas. I think any issue is an idea before it's verified. The labels are predefined. You can add some tags.
