Bookmarks not saving all drill mode drill down filters

When creating a bookmark or comment, drill mode selections are only saved if every layer was drilled using drill mode. I would expect all drill filters to be save regardless of whether all layers had a drill filter applied. Here is a generic example of when the bug occurs vs when the bookmark saves properly:

Not Working Bookmark Example:

Visual A has 4 levels of drill down available (Level 1, Level 2, ...). Each Level has 4 categories (A, B, C, D). At Level 1, I use drill mode to drill into Category 1-A. In Level 2, I use "Drill to next level in Heirarchy" to go to Level 3. In Level 3, I use drill mode to drill into Category 3-D and am now at Level 4, with drill filters applied for Level 1's Category 1-A and Level 3's Category 3-D. I save a personal bookmark at this time. I reset the report. Upon clicking the personal bookmark, the report drills Visual A down to Level 4 but does not apply any of the drill filters.

Working Bookmark Example:

Visual A has 4 levels of drill down available (Level 1, Level 2, ...). Each Level has 4 categories (A, B, C, D). At Level 1, I use drill mode to drill into Category 1-A and display Level 2. In Level 2, I use drill mode to drill into Category 2-C and display Level 3. In Level 3, I use drill mode to drill into Category 3-D and am now at Level 4, with drill filters applied for Level 1's Category 1-A, Level 2's Category 2-C, and Level 3's Category 3-D. I save a personal bookmark at this time. I reset the report. Upon clicking the personal bookmark, the report drills Visual A down to Level 4 and applies the drill filters from my original analysis (Category 1-A, Category 2-C, and Category 3-D).
