Blank Window Preventing 'Apply Changes' Operation

Since at least the April 2021 update, I've been running into this error - whenever I click 'Close & Apply' from the Power Query Editor, a mysterious blank window pops up:

This blank window prevents the Close and Apply action from taking place.  I usually repeatedly click the 'X' to close the window and then quickly click 'Apply Changes', but this usually takes 5-10 times before working.  Please fix quickly!

I have tested on my side, it works well.

and from screenshots,  it more like a response problem in your PC.

Try to uninstall it and then install the latest version

and also have a test that use a simple pbix file to if it has the problem.

Hi @v-lili6-msft, I did this and am still facing this issue on both Import and DQ modes.
