Blank Page in App but working in Workspace

Hi,

 

I have a report (edited with Nov. 2021 Update) and uploaded this report into my workspace. If I open the report from the workspace, it works just fine. However, when updating the workspace-app the same report stays empty. Just the empty page appears. No furhter error messages.

Thank you for your feedback. I have done as said but with no positive result. I have attached a screencast to illustrate the issue.

 I have also tried restarting the browser, clearing cache and renaming the report and reuploading it; all to no avail.
