Bing map wrong location KASTRUP, 2770, DK

Hi,

When I created the ArcGIS map with location KASTRUP, 2770, DK it shows correctly, town close to Copenhagen.

When I use the Bing map, nothing shows.

Is it because the Bing map is not updated correctly?

Based on my test in Power BI desktop version 2.78.5740.861 64-bit (February 2020), the Bing map visual can display the location KASTRUP, 2770, DK correctly, please run the same Power BI desktop version as ours then test again.

Thank you for your feedback!

I updated PBI desktop version to the latest, but the issue still exists.

When I put KASTRUP without postal and country code I get the following:

Which is correct as that is a primary location for KASTRUP.

When I specified KASTRUP with codes I can see like below, no selection on Bing map:

I can see in your example that it works fine.

Am I missing any additional settings?

Please check the Data Category of the column. You can set it as Uncategoried or Place, see:
