BigQuery Service Account results in "Request entity too large. Query execution failed."

Hello,

I am using the BigQuery Service Account functionality that has been introduced in the July 2021 update.

Although it works on most tables, for one particularly large table (both in terms of number of rows AND number of columns), refreshing always results in the following error message:

OLE DB or ODBC error: [DataSource.Error] ODBC: ERROR [HY090] [Microsoft][BigQuery] (21) Request entity too large. Query execution failed..

When I switch back to my 'normal' user account, it refreshes without issue and doesn't generate the above error message.

To prove it is not a permissions issue, I have given the service account in question the exact same permissions as my own account, and the error still occurs. 

Please advise.
