BciCalendar Tooltip Issue in Service

The tooltip for the BciCalendar visual is behaving abnormally in the service and the ISV application it is embedded into. It is showing up on the left side corner. It is coming up as expected in the desktop. The last update for the visual came in 2018 and was working fine till last viewed 2 weeks ago.Please help.

The BciCalendar visual looks well in your snapshot. So could you share more details about the issue? Normally, you can also try pressing ctrl+F5 to refresh the page or clear the cache and check the issue persists.
