Bar Chart Axis Formatting is Broken

The Bar Chart axis formatting is broken. 

Once bold, italic or underline is applied it won't turn off.

Also, the Values overrides the Title settings which seems wrong to me.

Can you tell me which version of Power BI Desktop you are using.
Once I can reproduce your content, I will bring it to the attention of the internal ICM so that the issue can be fixed as soon as possible.
